3. Submit your package choice, review the contract, pay the deposit, and relax!

4. We’ll review the bar program options, decor, and last minute items with you.
5. Your remaining invoice total must be paid before 14 days of your event.
6. We’ll arrive within 2 hours before your event's start time to set up the mobile bar.
7. Now it’s time for you to eat, drink, and enjoy your event!
Yes! This sounds like our Just the Trailer Package! You can rent the trailer alone without any other services. We completely understand that you may have booked a catering company that provides an inclusive bartending service.
We are located in Mount Airy, Maryland. We will travel within the DMV area. All of our packages include free travel for the first 30 miles, each way. A $2.50 per mile charge will be added after the first 30 miles from 21771 and on the return trip, and then it will be applied to the final invoice. Complete an inquiry with your venue information and we will be happy to talk with you about your options!

Flying Pig Mobile Bar has General and Liquor Liability Insurance. The event host should ensure that the appropriate licenses and relevant permits have been acquired for their event.
Flying Pig is an adaptable mobile bar! We need flat ground and a clear entry. She can be plugged in if there is access to an outlet. However, sometimes the perfect spot is inaccessible to an outlet. In that case, let’s discuss your options! We could add-on a quiet generator for an additional fee.
Our kegerator fits a 1/6 barrel or Cornelius Keg.
We will do our best to pull off your event without a hitch, even when weather gets in the way. We are a "dry hire" (see what we did there) but we recommend to our clients to work with their venue or explore tent options in case of inclement weather. If the event date gets moved because of rain, we are happy to see if we can accommodate the new date or suggest other available dates for our services.
To secure the date of your event, a 50% booking fee is required. There is a 3.5% credit card fee added to your invoice if paying with a credit card. There is a $200 damage deposit made before your event that is returned to you after your event once the trailer is picked up and no damage has been done.
If you need to cancel your event for any reason, the cancellation must be received in writing via email or text. Flying Pig Mobile Bar would retain 20% of the total cost which can be applied towards an event booked within 6 months of your original date. If canceled within 7 days of your event, Flying Pig Mobile Bar will retain 50% of the total cost which can be applied towards an event booked within 6 months of your original date.
The trailer is 13' long x 7'2" wide x 8'5" tall.
